  • Red Dots: Busy freelancers.
  • Contact options include email, phone, or WhatsApp.

PCO is not a party to any agreements made between freelancers and customers and does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or outcome of services provided by freelancers.

3. User Responsibilities

For Customers:

  • Use the app only to connect with freelancers for legitimate purposes.
  • Provide accurate information when contacting freelancers.
  • Respect the availability status of freelancers.

For Freelancers:

  • Keep your availability status updated.
  • Ensure the accuracy of your contact details and service offerings.
  • Conduct yourself professionally when dealing with customers.

4. Payment and Transactions

PCO does not handle payments or transactions between customers and freelancers. Any payment arrangements are to be made directly between the parties.

5. Limitations of Liability

PCO is not liable for:

  • The performance or quality of services provided by freelancers.
  • Any disputes, damages, or losses arising between customers and freelancers.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in freelancer profiles or customer inquiries.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the app for unlawful purposes or fraudulent activities.
  • Sharing false or misleading information.
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
  • Attempting to disrupt the app’s functionality.
